•Social Benefit: 16,980 grants averaging $132,520 per award, totaling $2.25B.

•Science and Technology: 2,775 grants averaging $192,894 per award, totaling $535.28M

•Social Science and Economics: 1,164 grants averaging $200,667 per award, totaling $233.59M

•Religion: 4,526 grants averaging $104,136 per award, totaling $471,32M
